Commission of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation supported Ulyanovsk region's application to create a Territory of Priority Social and Economic Development "Inza"

Government of the Russian Federation will make the final decision.

“Commission on Creation and Operation of Territories of Priority Social and Economic Development at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation made a decision to support Ulyanovsk region's application to provide Inza with the status of the priority development area. Thanks to it, we will be able to create conditions attractive to investors, as well as new jobs. And this means that new enterprises will be opened, and budget revenues will increase. These factors will affect people's quality of life”, - Governor Sergey Morozov said.

It is planned to create more than 500 new jobs in Inza Monotown. A potential resident of TPSED will have to create at least 10 vacancies and to provide at least 2.5 million rubles of investments within the first year after joining.

On 18 June, Russia's Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Mutko set the task to examine application of the Ulyanovsk region to create a TPSED in Inza and to support this project. The event took place at the Government Commission for Regional Development in the Russian Federation.

“We will create comfortable business conditions for investors who are planning to place their plants in TPSED "Inza". The following benefits are included: zero income, property and transport taxes, as well as reduced social contributions to extra-budgetary funds (from 30% to 7.6%)”, - explained Rustem Davlyatshin, Minister of Digital Economy and Competition of the Ulyanovsk region.
