More than 50 Russian and foreign experts will address ULCAMP-2019 in the Ulyanovsk region
The IT conference will take place from 12 to 14 July at the recreation camp "Slavyanskoe podvorie" in Staromaynsky District.
A meeting on development of digital infrastructure and urban environment, as well as training of personnel for the IT industry, will take place within the conference. Governor Sergey Morozov is planning to participate in the event.
"The conference is supported by the State Fund for Development of İnformation Technologies.Thanks to this, IT students from Ulyanovsk universities can participate in ULCAMP free of charge. They just need to come to their Dean's office beforehand. During the event, executors of the Fund's projects and IT teachers will also discuss how to develop initiatives supported by this non-profit organization", - said Svetlana Openysheva, Head of the regional state public institution "Government for Citizens".
This year the conference will feature reports by Lukasz Leoniewski (Head of Partnerships for Central and Eastern Europe at Facebook), Vasiliy Soshnikov (Line Manager at Mail.ru), Dmitry Krutov (CEO at Skillbox Online University), Alexander Somov (Art Director at Lifehacker.ru), Igor Kulemza (Senior Product Designer at Yandex.Mail), Alexey Katayev (Head of Software Development at Skyeng), and many others. The topics will include programming languages, design, development of IT companies, and sales.
“Experts from the USA, France, and Russia will become speakers at the event. We expect that the number of participants will reach 2.5 thousand people. We try to make the conference interesting, so in addition to reports there will be sports competitions, intellectual games and master classes”, - said Ilya Valkin, Director of the Ulyanovsk Council for Internet Technologies Cultivation.
