Competence Center in agricultural cooperation and support of farmers to open in Ulyanovsk region

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation agreed on the programme for development of the new establishment. On 22 July, Governor Sergey Morozov and Margarita Evarestova, Head of the relevant federal project, discussed implementation plans.

Thus, it is expected that the Competence Center will provide information and consulting services to the rural population who are planning to create and develop small and medium-sized enterprises in rural areas of the Ulyanovsk region. "It will help villagers to plan their activities and to work on the individual plan. This corresponds to orders of President Vladimir Putin regarding development of small business in the countryside and improvement of social welfare. Specialists of the Competence Center will inform Ulyanovsk residents about new support measures for the rural population, as well as help with preparation of  documents and business plans necessary to participate in the state support projects," - Margarita Evarestova noted.

Thanks to the Competence Center in agricultural cooperation and support of farmers, villagers will be able to receive advice on various aspects of farming free of charge. They can also visit advanced enterprises of the regional agro-industrial complex.

The new establishment will open at the Regional State Budgetary Institution "Agency for development of rural areas of the Ulyanovsk region" in early August.
