Improvement of Business Conditions to Be Discussed at XI All-Russian Forum "Business Climate in Russia" in Ulyanovsk Region

Events of the forum will take place on 5-6 December at Hilton Garden Inn Ulyanovsk, ULSU, and Tochka Kipeniya. They will focus on the main spheres in implementation of national projects "SMEs and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiative" and "International Cooperation and Export".

The business programme includes activities connected with export, business financing, cooperation and public procurement, regulatory and supervisory activities, high-tech solutions and industrial development. Other important topics will include business climate standards and ways of involving citizens in entrepreneurship.

Traditionally, there will be an exhibition zone where one can learn about work of regional entrepreneurs, business support infrastructure, as well as see an exhibition dedicated to the history of Simbirsk entrepreneurship.

“The forum traditionally acts as a platform to sum up results of the passing year and to develop solutions for the future; it is a place for dialogue between the business community and the authorities seeking to improve business conditions. That is why the programme is divided into several thematic clusters, which show the main components of a comfortable business climate,” - explained Ruslan Gainetdinov, Chairman of the Board of Ulyanovsk Region Entrepreneurship Development Corporation.

The award ceremony for winners and participants of the annual regional contest "Engineer of the Year 2019" will also take place within the Forum, as well as the conference "OPORA RUSSIA". A separate part of events will focus on youth entrepreneurship and business for people with disabilities.

At the initiative of Governor Sergey Morozov, the forum "Business Climate in Russia" has been held in the Ulyanovsk region since 2009. Every year it is attended by more than two thousand entrepreneurs, representatives of federal and regional authorities, and delegations from Russian regions and foreign countries.
