IT Courses Available for Residents of Ulyanovsk Region
IT training programmes have opened with the financial support of the government.
Budget co-financing of the Digital Professions project is implemented by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation as part of the national programme "Digital Economy". Russian citizens who are at least 16 years of age and have secondary vocational education can receive IT education. The state will compensate half of the cost.

Students will learn to program, as well as study big data, web analytics, mobile application and IT product development, and other topics connected with the programming sphere.
Students will need to choose a course in the catalog and pay 50% of its price in accordance with the contract.
University 2035, the project operator, continues selecting programmes and accepting applications from educational organizations. By the end of the year, the project's list should include more than 100 new courses. Additional education under the national programme "Digital Economy" will be available until the end of 2024.
