It should be transfered into the regional budget for a period of four years. For the managing company of the industrial park the profit tax rate will be 0% for the same period.
In addition, availability of initial communication networks and the low cost of electricity are some of the venue's advantages for placement of new productions.
"Specifically, residents of the industrial park will be able to use efficiency gains obtained through the income tax rebate to upgrade the existing production facilities, to buy the most up to date equipment, as well as to carry out activites which will help in improving social appeal of working specialties", - noted Sergey Savelyev, the Head of the Department of Industry.
Dimitrovgrad is one of the places that can receive the status of a Territory of Advanced Social and Economic Development, which is another effective instrument for attraction of investors. This status is given to the monotowns that have created and defended a comprehensive development programme. According to the experts of DAAZ, if Dimitrovgrad is named the Advanced Development Territory, there is a possibility to attract new enterprises to the industrial site.
