Governor of the Ulyanovsk region Sergey Morozov announced a new project that will help to create a comfortable business climate

This project - 10 Opora Governors (10 Backbone Governors) - provides creation of technology to promote legislative initiatives of the business community while taking into account regional law enforcement practice. The head of the region announced this initiative during his speech at the final conference of the local office of the Non-Governmental Organization for Small and Medium Business "Opora Russia" on January 19.

Sergey Morozov named this business organization as the leader in the region and the largest public association in this sphere. He also noted that largely due to the efforts of the government and business, as well as constructive interaction between them, the Ulyanovsk region is able to be one of the leaders in forming of a favorable business climate for many years.

“I think that we should develop our interaction to the new level, create a system to promote initiatives of the business community in Russia, – the so-called 10 Opora Governors project”, - the Governor said. He explained that this project includes complex work of several regions on any business initiative. This initiative will be considered by Opora Russia, which will also gather summarized opinions of 10 governors. Then the organization will bring the supported initiative to the federal level. “I am sure that this technology for promotion of initiatives is much more efficient than efforts of just one region. I am ready to sign the relevant Agreement as soon as possible”, - the head of the region emphasized. He also said that the 10 Opora Governors project was introduced by the Ulyanovsk department of "Opora Russia".
